# Shiva Concept Solution – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Shiva Concept Solution, we are committed to providing quality training and learning support to all students. By enrolling in any course, students agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Course Nature
All courses offered by Shiva Concept Solution are educational and digital learning programs that may include:
* Live online classes
* Offline classroom training
* Recorded video lectures
* Study materials
* Assignments and project support
2. Non-Refundable Policy
Course fees are generally non-refundable once admission is confirmed and access to classes, recordings, study materials, or learning resources has been provided.
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
* Student changes mind after enrollment
* Student is unable to attend classes due to personal reasons, job schedule, college timing, lack of time
* Student has attended live classes or accessed recorded sessions/materials
* Student decides to learn from other platforms or resources
* Student fails to complete the course
3. Demo & Pre-Enrollment Information
Before enrollment, students are encouraged to:
* Attend counseling/demo sessions
* Review course syllabus and duration
* Watch free demo videos available on our YouTube/social platforms
* Understand batch timings, system requirements, and course structure
Enrollment confirms that the student understands and accepts the course details and policies.
4. Online Class Responsibility
For online/live classes, students are responsible for:
* Having a proper internet connection
* Maintaining a working laptop/desktop/mobile device
* Joining classes at scheduled timings
Technical or scheduling issues from the student’s side will not qualify for refunds.
5. Recorded Sessions
Recorded sessions may be provided only in special cases at the institute’s discretion and are meant for learning support purposes only.
Once recorded sessions, Google Drive links, LMS access, PDFs, source code, or any digital learning materials are shared, refunds will not be applicable.
6. Batch Rescheduling
Shiva Concept Solution reserves the right to:
* Reschedule batches
* Change trainers when required
* Adjust class timings due to holidays, technical reasons, or operational requirements
Students will be informed appropriately in such situations and it can take time 15 days to 1 months approx.
7. Exceptional Cases
In genuine cases where the issue is clearly caused by Shiva Concept Solution and no learning access/service has been provided, management may review the matter and decide an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
8. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication with faculty members, counselors, and staff. Misconduct, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension of services without refund.
